I have registered a complain to Viewsonic, my compalint No. is INAFS[protected].
The engineer visited my place on the 21/09/09 said that the Power Supply Unit needs to be replaced said that he will get it done in 2 days time. After 2 days the engineer didnt turn up I called to check, was told that will be done in two days waited for few days, nothing happened when ever i call till today i get the the reply will do in two days.
Till today 07-11-09 people at the customer service just give me false commitments and nothing is being done about it I request you to please help us in this regard, so that my issue is solved as early as possible.

VIEWSONIC — NOT PROVIDING SERVICES
I am an engineerning student and i have purchased my P.C. on 3rd mar, 08 including the monitor of viewsonic.My monitor has been disabled from 21st july, 08 and i had registered my complaint on 22nd july, 08.they provided me a complaint no. (inafn[protected].Till now there is the same problem and not any satisfactory steps has been taken by the company.Iam unable to submit my assignments and projects as my P.C. is not workin. I am forced to complaint regarding all the problems, so please convey my complaint to the forum.
