RMA NO. : IDRM[protected] PRODUCT - VIEWSONIC LCD VX1940W SR. nO. : QRA[protected] Sir, I had launched a complaint regarding v-line in my viewsonic lcd monitor on[protected]. till date I never received any replacement, executives on toll-free number kept on giving false commitments i.e. after 2 days, next week, within 7 days, etc. every time they answered me that parts are not available. NOW HOW MANY MONTHS SHOULD I WAIT FOR YOUR REPLACEMENT. IF COMPANY IS NOT ABLE TO GIVE ME REPLACEMENT THEN PLEASE MAKE THEM TO GIVE ME THE BILLED AMOUNT REFUND. IN FUTURE I WILL ALWAYS TAKE CARE THAT NOT TO PURCHASE ANY VIEWSONIC PRODUCT BECAUSE OF 3RD CLASS AFTERSALES SERVICE. IF VIEWSONIC COMPANY NOT ABLE TO GIVE SERVICE THEN STOP FOOLING CUSTOMERS. ALSO I REQUEST EVERYONE TO NOT TO BUY ANY VIEWSONIC PRODUCT. THIS COMPANY IS VERY 3RD CLASS COMPANY IN GIVING AFTERSALES SERVICE. SIR, IF POSSIBLE PL. GIVE ME JUSTICE.
