I have a viewsonic lcd monitor, which is not functional anymore, it covers an onsite warranty and repair/replacement service to be provided within 1 week. i have registered a complaint of the 27 aug 2010, there is still no response from the company and it claims to have visited and repaired my monitor. i have registered a complaint of the 5 Jan 2011, I called so many times to helpline and technician, just giving us excuses and excuses, Unprofessional work and bad services from the Viewsonic support team.
there is still no response from the company and it claims to have visited and repaired my monitor.
