I had purchased a Sony Ericsson mobile W760i from Vijay Sales Dadar on the 16th May 09.
I had gone to my village the very next day. Surprsingly my phone stopped working from the evening of Sunday. I was in a remote village where i could not show the same. I came back to Mumbai on the 20th and went to the showroom where they said that it cannot be replaced as you need to come within 48 hrs of purchase i explained that as i was in the village i could not come, he insisited that i needed to go to the service center. I went to the service center and got the complaint id no SEO[protected], i was being told that they will make a check on the software and will let me know the problem the next day and also i was being asked to call there service center no.24302805, i tried calling the whole day in the 21st and nobody answered the call. I went to the service center at portugese church and they told me that it doesnt has any software problem and there might be a requirement of changing the spare parts which will take 15 days more.
I went to Vijay Sales after that in any stupid hope that they would help me out. I spoke to Mr.Shakil Ahmed, some floor manager and he said that VIjay Sales cant do anything about it.And i need to go to the service center and pressurize them to get the phone repaired soon.
I would like to complaint about the service of Vijay Sales and Sony Ericsson as well, as due to them i am left with no phone or next 15 days atleast.
I even tried calling the service center no today but it comes continously busy which leaves me with no option than going there personally and check on the same.

I have bought sony erricson W302 mobile phone for approx Rs. 7200/- from Vijay sales, Borivli (W) in April 2009. In the first month the battery was dead. We went to customer care. They admitted the same and replace the battery. In the second month new problem arised. The phone network goes off again and again and the screen goes down. When approached to Vijay sales, the sales executive said they are not responsible and added that it is the company's responsibility. I will refer the matter to consumer court for this.
