[Resolved] Vijay Sales — IPAD Home button not working in 2 days of purchase | |||
I bought an Apple IPAD 3g worth INR 41000 on 12th Feb'11. Retail invoice number -73-DJK02-12SICD 560 from Vijay Sales janakpuri, West Delhi, New Delhi India 110018.Within two days of purchase(14th Feb'11), My Ipad's 'homebutton' stopped working. I went back to Vijay Sales on 15th Feb for which they confirmed that I need to go to Narayana Apple service station and get the Official letter which states that the IpAD has technical problem. on 15th I went to Narayana and got the IPAD checked for which they released an Apple care Service report which stated "Homepage button not working"(No.1175) and told me that I need to show this letter to Vijay sales and they can replace the product then and there. Immedialty I've reached Vijay sales and told them the entire story and handed them the product for replacement. Today Iam writing this letteron 19th Feb and so far I have no idea when I will get my product replaced. They are saying its getting delayed from Apple's end. This is worst customer service from both Apple and Vijay sales end. Ive been duped with a waste product for which I am running post to pillar to get this prodct replaced.
