I am highly disappointed with the the LG fridge which I received from Vijay Sales Hadapsar in the month of May 2011. The fridge I received did not do any cooling so..I lodged the compalin and..........
1. after 25 days the technician came and reviewed the fault
2. again after 15 days the technician came and refilled the gas
3. it worked for 10 days and then again resulted in same problem
4. I reported a complain and then after 1.5 months technician came and asked to replace the fridge.
5. It got replace after 20 days
6. The replaced fridge rings ALARAM after every 5 mins and stops cooling.
7. I again register the complain. after 4 days I receive a call from customer service to PUT COCONUT OIL IN THE ALARAM SWITCH TO STOP THIS malfunction. ( WHat NONSENSE )
SO SINCE 5 MONTHS I HAVE PURCHASED THE FRIDGE I AM NOT ABLE TO USE IT. Pleas help .... Was this information helpful? |
