Under Instructions from my client Mr.H.Prakash Bohra, residing at No.70, New No.161 Wall Tax Road, Sowcarpet, Chennai – 600 079, I state as under:
That he had made a detailed complaint regarding Theft in railway journey and was informed to you by R.P.A.D. on 25/05/2010 and the same was acknowledged by you on 30/05/2010. But Sir, till date he has not received any information about the progess of the case and Complaint Registration No. etc. from you.
My Client is suffering heavily due to this theft loss and for achieving positive breakthrough in the case he is ready to give any further information / possible help from his side.
I urge to inform me / Client within 15 days about the present status of the case and thereupon the progress of the investigation made in the case from time to time. Failure to take action on supra will lead us to take further appropriate legal / knocking at the door of the higher authorities at your own risk and costs.
