[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile India — Complaint for Virgin Mobile Service (India-Gujarat)

Dear Sir,
I have bought a Virgin Mobile from Het Communication. (Rajkot-Gujarat-India). My Virgin phone is VKwel ( MEID : A[protected]D2) & Sim no is [protected]. This is Gujarat’s number and I am using in Gujarat circle. Which is my local network. But company charge me as roaming.
I complained to customer care about five times, In ten days. But there neither any reply nor any actions taken by virgin mobile company.
The customer care is always replied me that “Your Complain will be surely solved in 24 hours". But still 10 days (240 hrs) of complain the problem is still ahead.
till today near about my 600/- Rs are deducted for incoming and outging Roaming plan. and Still deducting...
Please Inform me, And Follow this Complain.

My R-UIM got rejected and m not even able to make call to the customer care frm that no...i dont even know whr is the service centre of Virgin Mobile...
Now its been 1 month my no is not working n i dont even know the reason for it...
My Mob no is: [protected] and A[protected]E2 92V1.0

Another problem is that i used to get sms about recharge offers when my no was in service but i never used to find any such types of recharge coupons available anywhr...

I always like Tata's network and the Virgin Mobile schemes but the problem is no good customer care service, offers coupons not available easily

my (virgin) cell has been losted on 7th Mar, 10, i want to get the duplicate sim. I have been gone to the virgin care center at sec-18, noida. But they said that since 2 months ago, they didn't recieved any sim card. so please sort-out my problem. and tell me wat i will do for getting my duplicate sim, so reply me as soon as possible, i want that urgently.
Yes virgin is the worst mobile in India, custumer care are also not supportive, You never buy next time a virgin mobile because I also suffer too much.
I rechareged my mobile with 50 rupees and make a single call but they charged me 4 calls. I call to custumer care and given the report but they replied that I make 4 calls.
So from next time I used to check my balance everyday after making a call but then also they cut extra amount.
I fight with the custumer care thousand times but useless, I never got my balance back.
So you and all Virgin users please check your balance everyday, they are cutting our balance.
VIRGIN IS A CHEATER< NEVER BUY VIRGIN MOBILE>
i purchase a new handset before 8 months.some times it will start & switchoff automaticaly.i found ur service center in faridabad. pls.send in my e-mail.

I am having pre paid CDMA mobile with me of Virgin. It was taken in the month of Feb-2009. After using for initial 2 months I have never used it afterwards therefore the number is blocked. Now I would like to start using the services again and I have purchased a recharge boucher.

i had take virgin handset from the store .i am purchases handset before 20 days and that phone are dead and not working, i have no idea about virgin gallery so please sir sent me address of virgin mobile gallery from nearest of mankhurd

I am having virgin CDMA mobile No [protected] in Agra India.I am paid for the incoming calls from[protected] as I had got a recharge done for incoming calls for Rs 79 on[protected] which is valid upto[protected] .The company was contacted a good number of times on 1259991 and 125991 the customer care executives but they have stated that I am not paid for incoming calls at all .I am actually not paid for incoming calls from[protected] onwards till date .Now when I lastly inquired on[protected] at customer helpline they have informed an astonishing fact that Rs 1=0 is being deducted from my phone from[protected] for special recharge done by me but actually I have not got any special voucher recharge done in my mobile phone No
since the day I have purchased the sim .My call rates are Rs 0=50 for local and Rs 1=00 for STD which are in force till date and I have not got ant special voucher recharge done in my mobile .I had requested the customer care persons namely Shri Kap and Shri Shailendra to get me connected to an officer senior to them but they refused and said there is no provision.At 3.00 PM today Shri Shailendra customer care officials gave me a name of Shri Vinod and agreed to connect me but he kept on hold for more than 10 minutes and lastly refused.
The Virgin which has been taken over by TATA is requested to look in the matter and do justice immediately and call for explanation of concerned erroneous officials and provide me the money for incoming calls from[protected] and reverse amt amount deducted on behalf of any special recharge tariff voucher as I am having the details of last two years recharges done my me in my mobile No and no special tariff recharge is done by me in my mobile No because my rates are Rs 0=50 paisa local and Rs 1=00 for STD.Tata is suggested to strengthen their customer helpline and the upline of Customer Executive should be there if the lower order is unable to solve the problem .The problem is persisting since[protected] but no help no assistance and no proper reply

Virgin Mobile India — Replace our sim

I am rana yashwant kumar from gaya bihar.
We want to change my old sim that no is [protected] because not properly work.
And also it is broken. So we give me solution of nearest virgin pickup for rplace sim.
