[Resolved]  Virgin Mobile India — Complaint for Virgin Mobile Service (India-Gujarat)

i have brought a virgin vbond handset c5005, imei: 801301e8 from tele system kota, rajasthan on 1 may 2009 . after 2 month my mobile display is not working . it did not break .service centre's person says that it will change at cost of 600.but my mobile is in warrenty period.please tell me what should i do.

hi, this is Dharmender Rathor, I have a virgin mobile handset, i have face many problems for its. I think, i have not seen wrost company, wrost services, And wrost employe in virgin mobile.I went in noida sec-25, SPICE MALL, 1/9/2009.regarding my sim rejected problem, there on counter MR. NITIN [protected] meet to me.MR. NITIN charged to me per sim RS.300/-, but its actual cost only RS.99/-.SO in my persepsone VIRGIN mobile company very wrost company.so i suggest to all guys, plz don't purchase any virgin mobile, that means GHATIYA MOBILE, and GHATIYA EMPLOYE ( MR. NITIN )

Hi,
I bought a new virgin handset. Its been 2 months that bought it and since then it has happend very often that my hanset doesn'y switch on. Even if try to charge it but still it remains switch off.

Please let me know what should be done. its really irritating to face such problems with a new handset.

Dear sir, i M from ghaziabad and i have purchase a virgin set(huwai C 5589) from TOUCH PALACE pratap vihar gzb. at 14aug, 2009 after two month my mobile creat a charging provelm and i have see my set to authorised service center SAI COMMUNICATION ghanta ghar GZB. but they can not solve the provelem and they give me dio and say that you have take new set from the shop where you have purchase this set .lekin abhi tak four months ho chuke hai mujhe set nahi mila hai .mujhe is case me jaldi reply bhejo nahi to mujhe majaburan is case ko consumer court me dalna padega jo ki aapke liye achchaa nahi hoga.
