This soma sinha from Bangalore, I would like to share my bad experience with Vishal garments in Bangalore branch, it has happened with me 26.02.2011, that day I went for shopping with my full family, that day after purchasing the product, when we were
Coming to the main gate to go outside that time the bill checking person called us and told something is there in the packet which is unbilled, then we told to check us properly, even we have given our personal parse also, after checking they did not get anything from us, in the mid time other people are asking me, why they are searching etc.. Before also they have done same thing with us. Actually the main checking door is not working properly, that vishal executives are knowing but simply they want to harassment us in front of everybody, because once we proved in front of every customer the gate is not working properly then why you people are try to insult us, and that time other customer also told same thing they supported to us, somebody told it has happened with them also, from that day they are trying to take revenge on us. Vishal store manager behavior is too bad, he only insist to do all those thing to some executives, Therefore 26th Feb they have done same nuisance and when we asked to store manager, that why you are not taking any responsibility to rectify the door, at that time he shouted and HE TOLD IF PROBLEM IS THERE THEN WHY YOU PEOPLE ARE COMINY VISHAL TO SHOPPING, DON’T COME HERE ANY MORE, WE HAVE LOT CUSTOMER, WE DON’T LIKE THIS CUSTOMER,GET OUT FROM VISHAL, AND HE WAS TRYING TO BIT ME AND MY HASBAND, THAT TIME I WAS HOLDING MY SIX MONTH BABY, MY PARENTS WAS THERE…………ETC….



This is the story has happened that day, now I just to inform you that first of all we are regular customer since vishal started in Bangalore, NOT ONLY BANGALORE, DELHI AND CULCUTTA ALSO WE USED VISHAL FOR SHOPPING, and Bangalore every week we are purchasing minimum four- five thousand rupees product in vishal, one more reason is I am staying Very close to vishal, we are very much recognize customer, we are having reliance, Spencer and Big bazaar shopping card, but vishal is very near from my house that is the main reason I used to go there. Why I was silent two months after that incident I went to out country due to some personal work, right now I am in Bangalore, I am sending this letter to every legal place, where I can get proper judgment and I have some other prove that I will so to the media people. Because this case very illegal and shameful incident which has happened with me and my family, that day some how I safe my baby.

Kindly take care my case. Hopefully I will get the positive response.
