[Resolved] Visionjobcare.com — cheating - by collecting amount
www.visionjobcare.com published in their website that they are providing various types of online and offline data entry jobs oppurtunities that can be done at home. Seeing their advertisement in the website while searching in google, I applied for a job named as 'report creator job'. Towards the registration fees, they required to remit an amount of Rs. 2500.00 in their account. Accordingly I remitted an amount of Rs. 2500 in their Current Account No.[protected] in Ahmedabad branch of ICICI Bank Limited, operating in the name of Global Job Help. After remitting the amount in the account I informed the matter to the comp[any by email in their mail address vision.[protected]@gmail.com, as they required in the website. Subsequent to this they given a reply acknowledging the receipt of amont and sent another emails describing as the details of work. In the email they stated that I have been allotted a customer id as id. rc2210, but in the column for 'server link details' was left blank. In the absence of the server link details, it is not aware where I have to log in for starting the work. Immediately then, I contacted with the company over email and telephone and also participated in their online chatting. For the email they had never replied. But while contacting over telephone one of their person told me that I will be provided with the server link within one hour then. But till this date I have not received any details or job. After the complaint, they are not even picking the phone for attending my calls. I made more than 100 calls to their available phone numbers, i.e., [protected] and [protected] whithin a span of 5 days, but all remained unattended. Thereafter I made a call from another phone number and that was attended by one person. At that time also I demanded for a settlement and the person reiterated the statement that it will be solved within an hour and switched off the phone. It was only at these junction, I understood that I was cheated. www.visionjobcare.com fraudulently published that they are providing various attractive job oppurtunities for home job seekers and advertised the same in various websites. In fact, the home based job seekers are persons having no job or income and more or less are poor housewives, students and other sother sort of financially backward classes of the community. www. visionjobcare.com is a fraudulent site setforth by some criminals on for exploiting the backward classes of the society and thereby extracting their hard earned money. The acts and deeds of the persons behind www.visionjobcare.com are criminal offences punishable under Section 420 of Indian Penal Code. Moreover they committed Cyber offences punishable under the various provisions of the Information Technolagies Act and other enactments in respect of cyber law. The website and advertisents of www.visionjobcare.com is still in existence and thereby there is every chance for more persons to become their victims. Besides, said criminal and illegal activity is proved and identified as it, and is in existence in worldwide public media of internet which compulsorily be prohibited. In the above circumstance, it is humbly submitted that the complaint matter may be looked into and requesting to take necessary actions against the criminal activities of www.visionjobcare. I attatch herewith the cash payment proof to the company and other evidences. THOMAS N. JOSEPH Was this information helpful?
