Respected Sir/ Madam, I have purchased usha co invetter on 26/2/2010 in t.nagar VIVEK LTD br my bill no. [protected]. after 4times I call to service centre then only send the staff to activate the machine. That same day it self the invetter not worning, next day i contact with vivek service centre 42131616 inform them they given job no; 282346 on 13/2 this is 2nd job no. 1st job no i have missed. continius 10 times i follow with call centre no responce. then i go personaly in vivek t.nagar shop i meet mr. raja contact no. [protected]/[protected]. they have send some staff next day, that staff given the report the invetter is fault, you will get new one. i have wait for another two days no body came, and i call to raja cell no, no response. Then again i go to vivek meet manager, and store incharge mr. VIGNESH cell no [protected]. they have inform again i will send another person that feed back basis we will change the battary and invetter. up to today 4 person are attend the invetter but not clear any think. Yesterday usha co staff contact and ask me what is the proplem contact no. 24414489.total money involment is 17000rs. and lot of mental torcher in me as well as my father also. Kindly take with this matter and give me a solution immeadiatly.
