Poor infrastructure. I have brought AC on vivek Ltd a week back. Commitment which I got from the sales agent is that it will get delivered in one day and will get installed on the same day. But the fact is that they don't know when it will get delivered and they never know when they will install.
They will collect the Installation payment while buying the product itself. And their Customer care numbers are more worst. They ask you to call for chain of numbers where you will never get answer and more worst part is that you have to wait minimum 20 minutes on the line for the agent to answer.
