[Resolved] Viveks — Worst Service | |||
I Booked Voltas Elegant Split AC on 7th May 2011 after getting the promise words from Viveks about the availability of Stocks . But still the product is NOT getting delivered. Really disappointed with the Service . If they don't have the stock they are suppose to inform right a way so that i can order some other products or else i go for some other Shop. Suppose to get it installed on Monday but it is not yet Delivered . Is this the right way? Not Sure .. they are not keeping their words ! And after we call to shop and ask they are not responding properly .. and they treated us worst . Viveks — water heater not fixed
i purchased a racold 15 lt water heater on 27/12/2011 at Viveks at purasaiwakkam branch at chennai. i was told that technician will attend with in 48 hours. I called up your call centre as many as 10 time to send the technician but they not in the intention of fix the water heater. I do not like this kind of attitude of viveks sales executive to sell the product in haste and grab the money out of customer pocket and forget the customer soon after. I would like to return your product and get back my money.
