[Resolved] Vodafone — Activation of value added service | |||
Without any demand value added service (callertunes) has been activated on my mobile number [protected] by the vodafone customer care employee mr. niwas sopan pawar on 15 may 2013 at 12:51 hours. because i made a call with 111 (customer care) at 11:10 hours to know the validity of my std tarrif. but the above mentioned customer care executive did not listen my words clearly because while he was speaking with someone else may be his colleague. i got anger and asked for the correct reply. but he used such kinds of words with me which is uncalled for. his words are like he is the boss of the vodafone. this kinds of activity of the employee will spoil the image of the company. because i am the customer since from 20 years (when the company name was hutch). please take suitable action as deemed fit. thanking you. Vodafone — Activation of Service
Hi,I got the SMS frm Vodafone regarding submission of documents as per the Indian Govt Regualtion for Background check.CLI facility was deactivated on my mobile then,
I submitted the docs in vodafone store, vashi,navi mumbai on 28-Sep-2010.and was told by Vodafone Representative (Ms. Maya) that it will be activated in 48 hours.But till now(Already 67 hrs),it has not been activated.
After talking at vodafone care,they told me to again go the store and check ..Why should i go again ?
Vodafone is bothering customers on this.

Vodafone — Value Added Service activation
Dear Sir, I'm using the above mentioned mobile numbers more than 10 yrs. The email marked to them is here detailing the case history:I ‘m holding this connection ( [protected]) with Vodafone under three year advance rental plan & from my usage it can be make out also that there are not much of outgoing calls done from the same. From past four billing cycle, I have been levied with Mobile to Mobile Rental Monthly charges @ 49/month whereas I haven’t subscribed for any of this kind of services & also I had complained for same at your customer care but till date no reverts & in this month also I have been charged for same.
So, you are hereby requested to kindly deactivate the services & reverse the charges levied in early bills too.
