I have 1GB of 3G data plan activated in my billing period for postpaid number:[protected] and billing cycle is 14th to next 13th of every month and during this billing cycle i have completed my data usage and would want to activate additional package of 3G and placed request 5 hour earlier and its not been processed so far. even i called customer care they say reason is unknown and we will get back to me soon. even it happened last month as well due to which i got Rs.2000 bill and this month also happening same thing. i would like to understand will my request be processed or not?. If my request is not processed and still this month also if I get more billing amount than i ll not be paying for the same.
evenafter making number of requests last month as well my request not processed but still i went and made the payment.
if you feel you have reason which are unknown than for a common ppl like us we have consumer court to put it forward.
I ll not tolerate any more....
Guys pls help me up what do i do now should i port out from this service provider or should i wait for problem to rectify.
