[Resolved] Vodafone — Breach of Contract | |||
Sir, I am writing to you and that is my last hope. That I approached Vodafone company through Mr. Rakesh Shalla (Sales Head Vodafone IK) for seeking “Activation Agency” for Kashmir region and he in turn introduced my client to Mr. Ram Mudakavi for further deliberations. Thereafter Ram Mudakavi proposed me to open "Vodafone Outbound Call I accepted the proposal floated by Ram Mudakavi and in order to start the call centre, managed a place at ”Rajbagh Srinagar”. That after managing office at Rajbagh Srinagar, one of the officials of Vodafone Company viz; "Mr. Basharat” from Srinagar office visited the site and forwarded the photographs of the premises managed by me for setting up of call Centre. It is worthwhile to mention here that I paid an amount of Rs 20,000/ as advance to the landlord as booking amount. That after a couple of days I received an email from Ram Mudakavi whereby his expressed his inability for setting up of call centre at Srinagar and instead proposed me to make arrangements for Call centre at ]ammu. That pursuant to the email mentioned above I rushed to ]ammu and after lot of hard work managed the requisite space for the establishment of call centre at Greater Káilash Jammu and here again I paid some amount in Advance to the new land lord That it was on April, 2011, Ram Mudakavi along with Mr. Manav Thakkar visited the site and approved the same and again an email was sent to me where in the proposed site was accepted and I was asked to make office ready within some prescribed time i.e. week of May. That after the approval of the site at GK Iammu a meeting was arranged by you between me and Mr. S Sreekumar (Law & Commercial Department) of Vodafone company and a proposal to start with 35 seats at the rate of Rs 6750/ per seat was finalized, the copy of the agreement to this effect was forwarded through email to my client. That as per the communication between Ram Mudakavi and me, I was to make the call center functional w.e.f 15th May That I completed all the formalities within the prescribed time limit and the call centre was established, It is pertinent to mention here that apart from establishing the office at Jammu I invested a huge amount for the purchase of computers, mobiles and other necessary equipments and activities in order to ensure the call centre is established Well in advance before the stipulated time. That Ram Mudakavi had assured me verbally as well as through email that the agreement would be entered into post the activation of call centre That I completed all the formalities and the office (call center) was established but unfortunately in the first week of may Ram Mudakavi met my Client at Jammu and showed some reservations about the setting up of call centre at Jarnmu because of the reasons unknown to me which resulted in tremendous loss to my current business and frustration as well not only materially and financially but also mentally. That my client approached Ram Mudakavi many a times for the redressal of my grievances but on one pretext or the other Ram Mudakavi avoided me and prolonged the issue by simply saying that my grievances would be addressed soon. That Ram Mudakav's irresponsible behavior has put me to a great loss both mentally and monetary and wasted my 4 months for none of the faults of mine. Now I have also send one legal notice to the Vodafone Company but they seem to be very lenient in redressing my issue. Copy attached Now I request you to please look into the matter personally. I have taken 3 corporate numbers from your vodafone executive. For two numbers([protected], [protected]) i have auto activated home ISD service. But for my number [protected] facility of HOME ISD is not available.
I am tired of calling your customer care. I called them almost 50 times but till date this service is not activated for me. Request you to activate the service on urgent basis or i have to go legal for such a small issue.
I need Home ISD service on my number [protected].
