[Resolved]  Vodafone — Balance not credited even after 5 days

Address:Bangalore, Karnataka

Hello, I'm using vodafone service from past 5 years and frequently I'm having problems. They say "Happy to Serve" but I would say its should be Happy to take MONEY. Vodafone have the worst the worst customer service and their agent are not educated and no proper knowledge about their work. On November 22nd I did a online recharge of 200, my balance got deducted from bank but never got the recharge balance in my phone. On 23rd November I spoke to agent called NIRMALA, she said there could be some Vodafone server problem that’s the reason the recharge did not go through however she said the balance will be credited within 72 hours. Today is 27 Nov, yet my balance is no where to be seen. I called CC again and some old excuses. Spoke to MOHAMMED the supervisor, same all and now they are blaming my bank stating it was the problem from the bank that their server was down. Kept me on hold for almost 10 min and finally spoke to floor manager who also gave the some and excuses which is true lie.

My question is why is their Slogan “HAPPY TO SERVE” when they can’t serve and when they don’t solve the issue of customer. At the same time I would like to advise Vodafone agents that if they are telling a lie they should lie the same thing, not that one agent say something, another agent say something different and goes on with sup and manager. All these people keep saying different different things which are hard to believe.

Vodafone carries the worst reputation.

Vodafone — Happy to lie

I had requested vodafone to activate Internet on my Iphone on the 7th Oct at around 10pm. I got a confirmatory message saying the service wold be activated within 24 hours. I have been trying to contact all the helpline number since yesterday and every executive is giving me a fraudulent answer. To vain nothing happened and i again decided to call the customer care just to find out why i was being fooled continuously. after a loud voice and a long debate with the executive, i insisted to talk with the supervisor. I was transferred to MUKUND JOSHI..and then the bigger fraud story starts

By this time i had actually lost my patience and moreover realized that how big of a fool I had made of myself. Then a much long debate resulted in the following commitment "SIR I WILL MAKE SURE THAT TOMORROW YOUR INTERNET WILL BE ACTIVATED BY THE END OF THE DAY. I AM WORKING IN NIGHT SHIFT TODAY AND TOMORROW IS MY HOLIDAY BUT STILL I WILL MAKE SURE THAT I WILL COME DOWN TO OFFICE ONLY FOR YOU AND GET YOUR SERVICES ACTIVATED. THIS IS MY WORD. YOU HAVE MY NAME AND NUMBER ([protected] WHICH DOES NOT WORK) WITH YOU SO NOTHING TO WORRY."

When i called up in the evening i heard the same answers and to the final time line which by 11th oct it should be active.

PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU DO NOT GET FOOLED WHILE TALKING TO THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES AT VODAFONE...

CAN SOMEONE HELP ME AS TO NEXT STEPS

Vodafone — Recharge amount not credited even after 5 times complaint registration

I had recharged my vodafone account(Ph No. [protected]) on 26th of July 2009 and even after transaction success ,the recharge amount(Rs 450) was not credited. So ,I lodged a complaint ,submitting my bank statement as a proof of deduction.Nothing was done.
I again repeated the procedure, registering complaint for the 2nd,3rd and 4th time,in the hope that it would be done. But now when its still not looked into,I have no other option than turning to you.

Please look into it and help me in refund of my money asap.
