[Resolved] Vodafone — Call disconnect after 30 minutes | |||
I have no idea how many of you faced the same problem. Whenever i make outgoing from my mobile(Vodafone) ,after every 30minutes the call will disconnect automatically.I asked about this with vodafone customer care,they replied calmly ,we never heard any such problems.I had a doubt that my mobile has some problem so i changed & checked it,but no use i was facing the same. I don't know whether the mobile operator has the rights to disconnect the call automatically after 30 mins.Is that legal?. If any one facing the same,please reply. Was this information helpful? | |||

Vodafone Customer Care,
I don't know what is of most concern, disconnection in case of accidental call or the continuation of the intentional call. Also, what is the rarity and the costs involved. I simply think it should have been 1hr by default as it is already proven well with other service providers. Please improve the Artificial Intelligence part in the system. Just to a tip to be competitive, provide an option on this to the user and let user decide it.
I know your typical response to this, the system is centralized and any change is a big one .. blah...
3G in AP is itself a big drawback from Vodafone as the delay was just not acceptable. Definitely I would like to see Vodafone with better services and early adopters. Instead of just airing Zoo Zoos.

I spoke with the Vodafone customer support, the replied i got is, there is default program which disconnects all your outgoing calls after 30mins to reduce the traffic.
This is ridiculous, and they indirectly accepting that they don't have enough bandwidth to provide service for there customers.
I am moving out of this network, after a long struggle.

Today my call is getting disconnected within 30 seconds, I am not even abke to make calla to customer care, can anyone help me on this I have to make some urgent calla.

Hi,whenever i make call. my call is automatic disconnect after 30 minute.

Most of the time i suffer a lot and its give a wrong impression to others to whom i call.
