[Resolved]  Vodafone — Bill issue

Sir,

My name is Abul Faiz and my mobile no is [protected]. I have a problem
with my bill that my mobile bill is very high approx 5298/- (monthly charges - 488. Internet Charges -4755) I don’t think that I have used the same because I already activated 98 plan in which i get credit limit is 2500/ month than how come possible to cross that limit. and i also not get any type of intimation or information for the same.

Sir I am not able to pay 5298/- as this is very big amount for me. So
I request you to please check and help i also send mail to them but i did't get reply for the same till date

I AM A CUSTOMER OF VODAFONE.MY MOBILE NO. IS [protected], FROM LAST FIVE MONTHS THEY CHARGES RS.125/- (RUPEES ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE ONLY) EXTRA AGAINST CLOSER GROUP AND ITEMISED BILL.I ALREADY INFORMED THEM SEVERAL TIMES THAT I DONT WANT THESE SERVICES ON MY NUMBER BUT, INSPITE OF MY SEVERAL INFORMATIONS AND REQUEST THEY AGAIN AND AGAIN BILLED ME FOR THOSE SERVICES SAYING THAT THEY WILL ADJUST NEXT TIME BUT, FROM THE PAST FIVE MONTHS THEIR NEXT MONTH IS NOT COMING. Respected Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I had a Vodafone postpaid number "[protected]" which I had migrated to prepaid on 3rd December 2010 and I have not yet got back my Rs.500 which I had given as security deposit. I had also sent an email on 1st January 2011 to Vodafone regarding this and I was informed that I will get back my money by 60 days from the day of my migration which has expired on 3rd February 2011 and have not got the above mention amount till now.And now I am told that I will just get back Rs.405.
I have written this to you with lots of hope and I request you to kindly look into this matter and resolve my problem.

Hi,

I my name is Pratik Fernandes, my number is [protected]. i am using my Vodafone number since years, there were many incidents .but this time what happened was i purchased an iPhone and i called Vodafone customer care and checked for the plans... the Vodafone Representative told me that u already have a corporate 99rs plan and u dont need to activate any plan ..... i asked him that i dont want any extra cost for internet.... for which he replied yes there wont be any extra cost for internet it would be just 99 rs thats for the internet plan.....and i get a a bill of rs 4178.09.... i called the customer care department and they told me thats fir your internet usage and u need to pay the same.....please help me....

Dear Sir/Mam,

I got my bill of my no [protected] of 3204 rs. As per bill details it showing that i used data package.
i called 198 to complaint but 3 times but they are not responding properly and saying the i used vodofone live, even i don't know how to
start vodafone live.

Please do the need full.

I am a vodafone customer since 2006, bearing Mobile no. [protected] .My billed has amounted cost Rs.5600/- where as my credit Limit is 1500/- without my approval my credit limit has extended. My Incoming and Outgoing calls are barred.
further when connection of new SIM they told you will cost 9/m ISD Calls, now it charged per 13/m.i have raised an compliant at Panjagutta Vodafone store on May 23, 2014 bearing no [protected], [protected] till now i didt received any response, hence you are requested to resolve my query ASAP
