[Resolved] Vodafone — Bill payment cheated by collection agency | |||
Im having vodafone mobile#[protected] & [protected], i paid 1000/- each for this number i was having billing amount of rupees-1800/- & 1400/- respectively, vodafone collection executive called up and ask me to pay thousand rupees for each number and said he will give me waiver of 800/- & 500/- for my numbers and i have done payement also but after 2 day there was only 500 waiver for [protected] and they have disconected the servives also for 300/-rs payement is this the way vodafone treat customer and when i have called the person for query he give mobile number of vodafone employee and ask me to confirm with her she was pooja with mobile number [protected], when i have called her she says im not concern with this and simply disconnect my line and she dosent even lift up the call even the exec name haneef with mobile number# [protected] is not lifiting the mobile, and pooja says that kindly call vodafone customer care or vist store because we work for idea... Is this the way... I request vodafone and consumer fourm people to look into this matter, because of this i lost many calls which was important i need urgent action on this.. TODAY ON 24/10/13-- AROUND 2:46 PM FROM [protected]..I GOT CALL FROM VODAFONE BUT NOT FOR BILL QUERY ITS FOR NETWORK RELATED..AND WHEN I SAID HIM THAT I HAVE PROBLEM WITH BILL..HE SAID I CANT TAKE ANY REQUEST BECAUSE IM FROM NETWORK DEPARTMENT...AND VODAFONE DIDNT CALL ME AND SAYING LIES...THAT HE CALLED ME..ON [protected]...THIS IS WASTE...I DIDNT GET ANY CALL FOR BILL...OR ANY SOLUTIONS OF MY NUMBER...
still im waiting for waiver on [protected]...you must provied 300/-rs...waiver more...because of vodafone services...i lost my time..my energy..my important calls...and just because of your services i have to mail and complaint about it...in 700/-rs waiver only 500/-rs waiver...is given by vodafone executive..200/-rs is given by customer care after i had complaint..through customercare.[protected]@vodafone.com..due to extra amount taken for late payment and reactivation...so kindly make it..as soon as possible..after that ...its a bigest nightmare...i had in life...i can pay this extra amount..its not difficult for..me..but i want vodafone services to know how customers are cheated...after this process only i will pay my bill

after giving complaint on customer care email id, applet officer email id, nodal officer id, still today i didnt get any solution from vodafone...really consumer complaint also not taking any responsibilty..im very much disoponited...i was in hope of getting help from consumer complaint but no use no one has resolved my query..vodafone and forum didnt help me...out...vodafone really you win in this ..cheating customers...
