[Resolved]  Vodafone — Brought-Data Card-Still deactive

I have brought data card having Number-[protected] on 13/3/2013 by MR Ravi Rai-[protected]but still deactive
visited the Sec-18 Noida Vodafone store 3 Times but still no resolution, Called customer care but they are also not able to give the resolution,verification is done then where is the problem?what the hell vodafone service department is doing?received a call after doing mails continuously 3 days from No.-[protected] on 19/3/2013 told that the no. will be activated and he is also not picking up the call,...now i want that my complaint must be raised to higher level either refund my money or activate it within few hours..
