Vodafone — Unable to connect customer care

Hi, I just filled up registration for on-line bill payment. The system wants me to call vodafone customer care on 111 for password. I tried 3 times. Right now it is 01.30 am in the morning, and i am outstationed. I totally spent around 21 minutes, but that damn type recording keeps on repeating...and no response from vodafone cusatomer care.
