[Resolved]  Vodafone — POOR USB DATA CONNECTION SERVICES

Dear Sir,

I have a Data connection plan with Vodafone, my connection no is [protected], i had purchased the same for a cost of RS 6000/- in Oct, 2008, the plan provides for a years rental free usage.

Off late for the last 1 month the service provided as in the data connection speed kept on droping to the extend that the device would get disconected automatically with in a few minutes o[censored]sage.

With this issue i tried to get a resolution from their custer care no [protected], where the individual asked me to change some setting on my computer, these resulted in my computer getting affected to virus attacks and had to format the computer. and one fine day the USB MODEM provided by Vodafone stopped functioning all to geather.

Since then i have been Taking round to their store for a replacement, and been 15days since then. i am thankfull to Vodafone for explaining me the meaning of the team "prompt replacement/service"

All i get to hear is that the device works fine when connected to one for their laptops and there seems to be a problem at my computer, this is like they are asking me to travel to their center and access the connection at their shop every day. Is this their defination for "customer service" is not at the point of customer but upto their end.

If tomorrow i am not able to get a cell phone network at my place of residence, am i suppose to walk down to their shop to make every call. is this is what they call "happy to help" all the fools who take their connection, which has the highest no's of call drops, where even after registering to the "Do Not Disturb" directory we still get disturbing marketing call all the time.
