[Resolved] Vodafone — Harassment to customer by outgoing call baring without notice | |
I had purchased a new corporate connection ([protected]) from Vodafone in my company premises(TechMahindra) under a corporate plan. When i recieved my bill i saw that the corporate benifits were not given to me and on enquiring with Vodafone I found that I had to pay the full bill because of the fault of the Vodafone executive who missed out in telling me some facts. Now on top of that Vodafone has barred my outgoing without prior notice causing a great trouble to me. I dont know why have they cut the outgoing from this number. Tried contacting the customer care but the care is too busy. Also written a complaint mail to which there has been no respomce since the past two days. Was this information helpful? | |

Well I am person having two Vodafone postpaid instruments. My outgoings calls were barred as many as thrice in a month, because of bad communication from the local dealer with Vodafone. I have suffered a lot in getting back the service. To add more to this I have received bill showing 517 SMS where as my cell counter shows only 34. I am being charged Rs. 208.5 for this. My bill was generated on 28th Nov, 2007 and I have paid the bill on 29th Nov, 2007, before receiving the notice, as I was passing thru their office. Later I noticed that I have been charged rs. 100/- as late fee. Wonderful!!!. I regret having taken Vodafone for my whole family.

Well after taking Hutch Corporate Connection, 100 Min free call, I really wonder they are give us 100 min free call. During the Hutch my bill was ranging from 250/= to 300/=. But from the past 2 to 3 months Vodafone is sending huge bill. 1st bill 350/= I paid the bill, 2nd 450/= again I paid the bill, now started getting mesgs for current bill is 850/= , 2400/= 2600/=(each msg I getting the bill amount is showing different) then I noticed that I have been charged more. I really wonder How they have arrived to this figures, When we try to call the customer care number getting connecting was big task, If at all lucky to get connected no proper information regarding the issues. Customer care can easily connect us for pending bill and disconnection of the phone. I regret having taken Vodafone connection, I had plans to take 2 more connection just in time I drop the ideas. thanks for better their service.
My CT charges are being deducted without my consent from last two month . Please deactivate th CT and refund the carges at the earliest.
