[Resolved] Vodafone — blocking my SIM after more than One Year | |
I have sent the below last mail to Vodafone which is self explainatory. FRIENDS OF INDIA KICK OUT VODAFONE FROM THIS COUNTRY. Dear Sirs, I regret to state that the services, attitude and behaviour of Vodafone has gone beyond acceptance. I only pray and wish to see Vodafone getting drowned in its own act day by day. PLEASE LISTEN YOU ARE JUST ONE COMPANY OFFER SERVICES AND TODAY O TAKE DECISION TO KICK ON YOUR BALLS AND THROW YOU OUT. I HAD A PRE-PAID PHONE FOR OVER A YEAR NOW. ALL PAPERS WERE GIVEN TO YOUR DEALER WHO AFTER VERIFICATION GOT THE NUMBER ACTIVATED. FOR OVER PAST ONE YEAR I HAVE BEEN RE-CHARGING EVERY MONTH. AND TO MY SHOCK WHEN I DIALED TO FIND OUT THE BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT I WAS TOLD BY ONE "" VOICE THAT MY OUTGOING CALLS HAVE BEEN DEBARRED DUE NO RECEIPT OF DOCUMENTS FROM ME. VODAFONE WERE YOU GUYS SLEEPING FOR ONE YEAR IF YOU DID NOT GOT THE PAPERS? WHO THE HELL TOLD YOU TO KEEP THE PHONE ALIVE AND RECHARGE IT EVERY MONTH? YOU HAVE ON YOUR OWN STARTED DEDUCTING MONEY FOR DIFFERENT SERVICES WHICH WERE OF NO USE TO ME AND WHICH WERE NEVER REQUESTED FOR?
