[Resolved]  Vodafone — not sending bill on time

Dear Sir / Madam

It has been long time when we have took the vodafone of postpaid connection.our vodafone no. is
[protected].everytime they verified the address n didnt send vodafone bill on time.Problem faced because of you people, the late fee charge frm ur side.everytime we r payin late fees.
i[censored] can send the bill on right time so tht we can pay timly

I am writing you this email after seeing the advertisements of Vodafone in which Vodafone state that your help is our motto (happy to help - Customer Care).
