[Resolved]  Vodafone — home calling cards

Sir,
I have not received bills for the month of Oct and Nov'07 and now same was received in duplicate after compliant. Now one bill for the month of Nov'07 for cell No. [protected] still awaited. I have received a message from you that " Hello, your bill dated 15-11-07 will due date of 03 Dec-07 has been received by S. Kumar, on 26/11/07 at your billin address([protected]) and second Message " Your bill dated 15/11/07 with due date of 03/12/07has been received by Mahendra on 22/11/07 at your billing address. The following qurries are arised in your message:-
1. Date of billing are same how this is possibile the bill reached in separate date.
2. Boths named persons are not living in my house as well as near my house.
3. your custmer care officer informed that bill for the month of Oct'07 received by Kavite, Such named lady could not living this house/nearby.

I have 2/3 times informed the same to your custmercare officer but still fruitfull result are not received. I personally requested to look into the matter the intimate to me correct posion on the matter. I think your carrier have some checking about your com. or otherwise. If we have not received correct posion, I will looge a compliance against your com. or i disconnect both the connection.

Dear SIr,

Last week I had taken Vodafone number – [protected] on 31 July, 2008. On the same day I had used 75 /- bonus card but it is not yet working (still deducting more money for all calls). Since that day I am continuously calling to Vodafone customer care and every time they reply that problem will be solved within 24 hours.

I registered complaint for the same (complaint no –[protected]; the person answering the call assured me that not only the bonus card will be active but also the extra amount spent will be given back to me within 24 hours. Two times I got SMS that the problem has been addressed. Actually the problem still persists.

I am still looking for completion of those 24 hours. If possible help me. From my side this is last request; if this will not be given consideration I’ll have no way other then to take some other operator’s SIM card.
