vodafone cellular connection — activating MMS

I woul Like to activate MMS service in my vodafone cellular connection.
hello sir,
i have registered my mobile number([protected]) in SBI ATM for easy topups. But when im sending message it is giving that "message sending failed"...what to do, I'm a bussiness man i cant go to shop n recharge my mobile everytime...so send me solution as soon as possible plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

i am an vodafone prepaid customer,
recently on 5th july i have activated new message offer which deducted a price of 49rs but it was not activated yet.i have diald to customer care many times, but they have not responding problems,
prevoiusly 2 months ago i have faced problm like this during caller tune activation also.at that time 45rs was deduced but the caller tune was not activated, i have given complaint many times, but they havnt took any action
i was a little bit confused with my sim
so please help me in this sir

Sir,
I am the customer of yours cellular services having a above three connection but I am not getting satisfaction services as per my expectation. That the bogus bills are issued and the recovery mode of the said bills. Subsequently no adjustment is made in the next bill misprint of separated request that there is no proper and responsible matching prodded to settled the claim.

That I have deposited Rs:-100/- on 15/5/2008 for safe custody of phone no:-[protected]. under insurance that no bill will be issued for further period of three months .that the amount of Rs:-2922/- is recovered from me but in spite of request the said amount not adjusted till this day.

That in 2/11/2008 I paid the amount of Rs:-150/- in respect phone no:-[protected] while making a payment Rs:-100/- denomination note not passed through the machine. I have made a complaint on counter at the same time. I am told that the send amount will be adjusted is no adjusted. that you have stop the outgoing calls without statement of the excesses recovered amount.

That you have issued a bill in respect of phone no:-[protected] when the card was not actually activated . But after prolong period was repeated demand, the said bill is cancelled.

Thus your cellular services misted of providing service and facility to the customer to caused and harassment mantel tension, waist of time and energy. If your service would have been proper I would not have suffer monetary loss and mental tension. Please take a note of that notice. You please refund the amount of Rs:-100+2922+3022/-excesses recovered amount and make a settlement of all excesses bill finally within days otherwise I will disconnect my all phone connection.

If you failed to comply with my request in writing, I will proceed
Against your company for recovery of amount and damages for harassment prosecution for extraction of money by issuing fake bill and demand. Please note that, I will not be responsible to pay any further bill if any unless and until you settled my claim of excesses recovery amount. I hope as a responsible authority of the company you will do the needful as a part of customer service. I am awaiting for your reply.

I request reference to my connection no. [protected] for which I have taken a lifetime connection and use addon when required. However of late I have noticed that the balance in my account goes on reducing even when I have not made any calls or sent messages. Please look into the matter urgently and let me know why such a thing happens. Is there any pilfering going on without my knowledge.

Hii .. i just read ur complain on https://www.consumercomplaints.in i want to say that everytime you dial there consumer care number ask them to give u your complain number... do this atleast three times in one and two days gap... and after you get three complain numbers file a case against them in consumer forum (court) o[censored]r area.

below is the link of consumer forum and it is very easy to file... u don't need any lawyer and also the fee is very nominal...

complent is i will do not contact with customer care on 9.1.2009.
i dont know what resons of that.
but some diffrents of that,
i am sending a one sms of related to your skim about friends group (calling @ 20paise ) on [protected] 9th jan 2009 but you are not giving response to me
then after 12th jan 2009 you are give to me other sms of vodafone dhamaka 125 minutes free on recharge of 28 ( 30days only )
then i am recharge of 28/- then again you are didnt give responce to me as earliest,
you given responce to me after three days.this skim activate on my phone, but all vodafone numbers are free withought of [protected] this no.

so please request of you do needfull as early as possible
My name is Akib Jahangir.I have a Vodafone connection since very long (last 15-16 years). So being a very old client the dealer of Vodafone by the name S.K.Marketing Andheri(E) called me up saying that they have a scheme & that they will give me a VIP no which has a premium but free of cost. The team Leader Mr Rahul and the representative who was attending me Mr Ashwin.They gave me 6 VIP nos to choose([protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]) I chose [protected] and asked them if there is any extra chg. They said there is nothing extra only Rs 299/-.They sent one of the representative filled up the form & took my documents & chq after confirming the number. The chq is already credited in their a/c. Till today I did not receive my card and they dont receive my calls, neither return my chq & documents. If I call from different no sometime they say they call back later, sometime they put down the phone.Two of my Known people was also been cheated by another dealer for Vodafone connection.I complain everything in details to the Vodafone complain centre through E-Mail. In my 2nd mail I gave them the details of my chq. There was no result the matter was lingering. So in my 3rd mail I warned them that i will highlight it in papers. Its being 2 months there is no results.

I have resubmitted my identitly from my employer i.e.e ISM Unicversity Dhanbad, Residential certificate from my employer and passport size photograph three days back but my number has not been activated till today.Please do needful and get it activated immeddiately.

recently today on 24 june i have activated new message offer which deducted a price of 54rs but massege get me activet scheem, then it was not activated yet. now i send only 12 masseges at a time then i see my balance show less 10/- rupees. so i did not know what is this scheem sms54 this problem occured second time to me .pls. give ansure for my 500 feee sms paid rupees 54/-, i have diald to customer care many times, but they have not responding problems, pls. check and give me solution.
