hi................. I am writing this mail to inform you regarding the Careless and Non-Customer Centric Attitude of the Vodafone Customer Care Representatives. You may or may not take the matter seriously, but as a customer I need to point out the disappointing, insulting and frustrating experience faced.. my number is [protected]........hi sir iam the new customer of vodafone postpaid connection they had taken at me 500 repees for the postpaid connection.. and the guys named teja [protected],and meghana[protected]..these two are working at vodafone office in khiratabad..which is in hyderbad. they had given me new connection after 15 days my out going has been deactivated.....PLZ DO NEED FUL TO ME Was this information helpful? | |
