[Resolved] Vodafone — UNABLE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT | |
I wrongly recharged an amount of Rs. 610/- for my vodafone number, which I accidentally typed as [protected] instead of [protected] (my number). I have conveyed my problem to Vodafone Care. They replied that they will try to resolve it as soon as possible. But it is almost 3 months no action has been taken as yet for the refund of the accidental recharge. Also the person (Mobile No. [protected]) is not picking up my phone and not taking any calls and my repeated SMSes. Please let me know how can I get back the amount (Rs. 610/-). We are very sorry to hear that you credited the balance from a recharge transaction to another number by mistake. However, even though we wish we could be of some assistance to you in this case, we are afraid there is nothing we could do to get this amount credited back to you. We request you to try and contact the other number owner and see if he / she would be amenable to reverse this charge back to you.
