[Resolved] Vodafone — suspension of number | |||
i am using vodafone no. [protected] .i have submitted all the documents as my identity proof twice but they have suspended my no. on 30 november 2010 without any information .when i went to the vodafone store for submitting the proofs again they didnt behaved well.I am in trouble with this vodafone and i dont know why they are demanding the proofs again instead of submitting them twice.please take necessary action.they alwayz trouble us like this.this the total harrasment Was this information helpful? | |||

I had been using a corporate connection of Vodafone for the past 10 months. Today around 4 p.m. i received a message from Vodafone stating that my Outgoing calls have been suspended. I was surprised and called up their Customer Care Executive they said they have raised the request for reactivation. On my visit to the Vodafone centre i learnt that these customer care executive had never initiated any reactivation they have only taken the confirmation but not initiated. I also learned that they got a call from someone on 25th of March, 2009 asking for suspension of this number. To my Surprise, i never made any call and asked them for suspension of this number . Also, they have been receiving call for queries but i had never made a call to them. That makes it clear that some one else has called the up and asked for the suspension of this number. How can some one bypass the security question.
They have been telling me that this number will be activated in 2hrs, 48hrs, 72 hrs. They are not sure themselves.
This is unexpected and would like to bring this into the notice of TRAI and consumer court to claim damages for this mental harrasment.
