[Resolved]  Vodafone — providing wrong information

I am totally fetup from the vodafone customer care executives ...
I dnt know why they provide wrong information.
and if not then why there is verification in information given by different executives on same issue...
And if they caught red handed by some customers then they just cut off the calls or just hang out the calls.
why they want to get rid of their duties..

I fully agree with.
On feb 2011 i got a call from vodafone customer service that they have 50% off on caller tunes. That is 180Rs for 12 months. So i have replied them i can pay 180 in the same bill. Try to make it monthly payment of 15rs per month. Even they replied "sure sir we have that offer". You will receive a confirmation call in next 2 hrs just tell them ok to activate . I replied the same . And i received a payment on march 2 nd they have charged total 180 Rs at same time.

How irresponsible and don't they have a sense of mind to provide the wrong information.

I have called to customer care to ask the information about complaint they said sorry sir we don't know info. This is the way to answer.. Then what is the use of being a customer care? If they want to give info they will call from customer care and will say Blaaa.. blaa blaa... to trap the people .

And also i am requesting all the people please don't take post paid connection if you do they wont allow you to change it to prepaid. They will say with in 6 months you can change to prepaid sir. But it is all false info. I suffered a lot to change to prepaid .

Hence i comment vodafone Essar customer service is very bad.

Vodafone — provide wrong information

I have a connection of VODAFONE (postpaid) , i m very much happy with its services but when need a internet plan i call to customer care to know the details of the internet plans he told me some plans , in that plans i like the plan of Rs- 299/- in that he told me that there is 5GB is free per day , but actual thing is that it will calculated 5GB per month, i got to know all that things when i received my bill that time i talked to customer care he told me that what ever i used i have to pay all that amount. he is not agree that he provide me wrong information about the plan after asking 4-5 times .he always saying this thing that they never convey wrong detail.
he dont clear my doubt and i pay my bill because i like its services.
