[Resolved]  Vodafone — very bad boy

is number ne mujhe bahut paresan kiya hai.ye bahut galiya deta tha.please num.band kr dijiye.ye phone par sab ko tang karta tha.

hi,

People in india should know how this vodafone communication is going on in the commpetetive market.As i was using my prepaid card of hutch converted to vodafone sim they deducted the money for which i have not set a caller tune but still they activated the tune and immediately my balance of 42Rs/- was deducted as i had recharged for my important to some other person i have received a message from 56789 that your caller tune was set and monthy rental would be of 30/-.Suddenly when i have checked my balance it was 12/- left so these vodafone people are simply taking money from the pockets of the people.These type of fradulent activities should be taken care well before you choose a communication provider.

After sometime of deducting the call charges for the caller tune i called 111 to check why my balance was deducted?but still it says some options and i was unable to find the customer service option and hence i cut back the call after that i have checked my balance wich is supposed to be 12/- but it shows that a balance of - 3 /- is shown.I was shocked to see this as expecting free for the customer service still these people are deducting for the customer care centre which is absolutely a free call for the customer who is using this service.

I want to know how come these situations happen without the intimation of the customer.Each and every citizen of india please be careful while choosing this blady vodafone service particularly and when u use a postpaid service particularly because we will be selecting one tariff and put extra costs and increase our bill by saying simple reasons.

Please be aware of these situations and act accordingly and this is is the company which does not provide any king of quality service but these people will call when we do not pay the postpaid bills.

And henceforth please i hope that i will get a positive reply from any one if you people strongly react according to the situations and terms particularly before taking a vodafone prepaid/postpaid connection.

At last i want a best suitable or positive reply so that these people i.e vodafone should be sued and hence be taken care to not only provide the quality of service but to take of this situations which should not happen any more.
