[Resolved]  Vodafone — Poor service & Wrong Commitment of Vodafone

Dear Sir/Mam,


As I am to inform you that I am the customer of vodafone using a prepaid connection of vodafone as iam facing a huge problem with the vodafone service here by the company


1} DND Activation

As i had made an activation of the DND{Do Not Disturb} on my number [protected] 9 to 10th month before to avoid different advertisiment but still i am facing a problem this is not a first time that i had written a mail to the company but several mails i have written to the company for the same,now many days have been but still no action has been taken by company here the company has totally avoid my problem as iam the user who is using the vodafone from past 2year.

2} Activated scheme of 1paise per second for Local Call

As i had made an activate scheme of 1paise per second on my number [protected] for reducing the local call charges two year before but from the past seven days the company is get charging Re.1/sec on my local call instead of cutting Re 1 paise/sec.

Due to which iam totally got fedup with the poor service of the vodafone.

So, i request you to ask to short out my major problem as soon as possible.

As i am to inform you that I as am a consumer of the vodafone company using the prepaid number in delhi as [protected] [protected] ,where i have made a activation of the DND{Do Not Disturb} on my number 5-6 month before to avoid the different advertisiment messages where i have given the call to the customer care on vodafone to activate the same offers on my number in which they have made an activation the DND 5-6 month before by giving me the ansurance that it will get activated but still iam facing a problem the same,where i have already written the mail on same matter to the company higher authority on the following email id {1.vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com, 2.sanjays.[protected]@vodafone.com, 3.Sushma.[protected]@vodafone.com} on dated Tue, 21 Dec 2010,Time11:10:22 but the long gap has been passed but no action has been taken.
So, i request you to help me out regarding to my problem.
