Vodafone — Customer Money value and | |||
As per Vodafone my unbilled amount for this month is more than 4100 RS. Which is incorrect as per plan offered as in the month end it will be less than 2000 RS. I have already made the payment of RS 2700 this month. That’s means at month my bill will reflect some negative amount. If I have made all the payment in advance what is the use of postpaid connection. Also if there is enough negative amount in my account why my outgoing was barred 3 time in this month. Why no one is ready to fix or explain me what is going on I am your consumer. Where is my credit limit of Rs 1800 committed to me. This will be my last mail I need complete explanation on this as soon as possible. (Note: How this is happening : before bill generation your system calculation every call @ 1Rs per min. How every my call rates are 49 Paisa per sec. Vodafone offer 2000 nation message free on my connection, however before bill generation you are charging it as 1.50 paisa. So in the end the unbilled amount you are tell me i.e. Rs 4134 is only false value. In the month end I will not receive bill more than 2000 RS. I have already made payment of 2700 RS. Why you are asking more payment.) Suffering this issue from past many weeks.
