[Resolved] Vodafone Corporate Connection — Changing Corporate connection tariff plan | |||
Relationship no.1.10591984 Mobile no. [protected] As per Vodafone care I send a SMS "ACT SIXTY" to 111 to change my tariff plan. I received back a SMS from 111 that I shall have to contact Relationship Manager as the connection is Corporate. But not giving me the mobile numbers of the concerned. Please expedite as I have to change tariff plan from next billing cycle ie. 15/05/2010. Was this information helpful? | |||

i believe this is the "VODAFONE", bangalore has the worst corporate people all over INDIA. They don't know how to behave with their customers.
I had a prepaid connection which i wanted to convert it into postpaid. The executive gave me a new sim, told it will be working on the same day and it is not working properly. Now he is telling me that this is not my problem and this the problem with the sim. I asked him to give me another new sim and he issued that but after that it also not working. I don't have a number from past 3 days as well as i'm travelling. I want to file a complaint against the executive.
Can any body help me?

better switch to another operator using MNP. Once you do the SMS to generate the porting code, they will search you, you dont have to search for them
