Vodafone — No response by customer care
I am unable to talk to the costumer care service as when ever i call them I get to hear there same You AND i song for minutes and that its . Second off all i am bored of theses business call i get every day . And a day when I was pulling off the call one day the Vodafone radio service was activated on my cell and Rs.60 were deducted from my account and I want that radio service to be terminated. hey i have recharged my phone([protected]) with rs.99, , , , , , , , , for 1 month validity, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , i have been susessfully done, , , when i checked by *146#, , , , it shows that i have one month validity, , , , , , , but if someone calls me, , , , , , , , , , , , , it is saying out of service, , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , i call'd many time to custumer care, , , , , , , , but i m not satisfied with them, , , i went to vadofonr care also at ansal plaza, , , , , , , , , , , , , and i got same, , , , , , , , , , , , , , so may i know what the hell is whole situation, , , , , , , , , , , , my phone no. is very important, thats why i m having big loss and problem, , , , , , , , , , , kindly help me out
Vodafone — No response from Customer care..
I am using vadafone number [protected] which is in the name of Sunil.One month back customer care called me and told about the 52 pack and forced me to activate it.
After one month 52 pack got deactivated. When I called CC they informed me to go to a outlet and recharge for 52. It’s nonsense. Why I have to go to outlet and recharge every month when I am maintaining good balance. Why it can’t be deducted from my account?
I called CC and told them to deduct from my account. Ever after two day it was not done. I was fed up with the customer care and told them to cancel the request. Then I activated 49 pack. Money got deducted.
After one day again 52 got deducted and that plan was activated. Even after repeated reminders Customer care dint respond properly and told me to wait for 2 days for the refund of 52 rupees. They even told me that 49 pack will be activated once 52 is deactivated it dint happen.
Now I don’t have any pack and I m loosing 1 rupees for sms.

Vodafone — NO RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER CARE
My new number which was converted from pre-paid to post last week only got blocked and its SIM rejected due to unknown reasons I am tryin for last three days to contact Customer Care but unable to contact the same.
