Hi,
I had completed formalities of deactivation of my 3G postpaid mobile connection - [protected] in the month of Sep (13th), I paid that month bill amount also in the month of Oct'12.
I am shocked today to see the mail that, the bill amount is overdue for the month of Oct'12, when I called customer care, I came to know that, the number is still active and falsy information put on behalf of me.
If you track the same number, it is never used since Sep 13, due to I never want that service and was under impression that, the connection was closed.
I want to roll back the bill amount charged me for the month of Oct as well as any other charge if applicable for this month in case of number is active. I have done my part of formalities already. Was this information helpful? |
