[Resolved] Vodafone — Deducted Money Against to the service message sent by them | |||
Hello Iam Mahesh Kumar, I got a Message from Vodafone as "Offer Only For U, Enjoy Unlimited Free song Downloads for your Caller Tune With Rs.30 Rental per Month. Dial 123333 to Activate . Hurry Limited Period". This message i got Twice in two days. So by maintaing Min. Balance of 30rs i activated that caller tune. but they charged song rental Rs. 15 also. and Rs.30 for monthly charges. when i call customercare people, they are not responding correctly. this happened twice to me. kindly solve my problem. Dear Sir,
I charged my account (mobile no.[protected]) of Rs.50 on 16-09-09 at 1.30 pm. I made a local call for 6 min at 7.00 Pm & what I found its 9.97 paisa left in my account .I inquiry Costumer Care but he did not gave satisfaction answer. According to him some LOVECOMBO service is activate which I never requested and to lodge a complain but in spite of solving the problem he cut the phone. Again I dialed Mr. Pradip Das- Supervisor (as he Mention) said your money cannot be return. He argue with me for long time but neither agreed to lodge a complain nor return money to my account. He spoke me such a way which gave me moral harassment and I was depressed
Hence I want to get a clarification & want my money back. I want a result in 7 days otherwise I am going to lodge a complain in consumer court against your company.

debit of money from customer without the knowledgecharging money from customers for value added services without the knowledge of customers or cheating the customer....... vodafone is a fraudalant company. so please avoid vodafone sim and mobile services... lot of complaints are accuring day to day against vodafone..............
Vodafone — Customer Care Employees Not Responding Correctly
Hi,Automatically caller tune was activated to my mobile, when i requested Vodafone customer care, Raj Shekar C. answered the call and told me within 24 hrs the amount would be refunded and Caller tune will be deactivated, now its fourth day still i hear the caller tune and i dint get any amount to my account. when i call the customer care they are answering the call and when i ask them the question just without any answer they are hanging the phone, what kind of service is this?
