Vodafone — 3G not activated after online recharge & balance deducted too | |||
I received a message(on my Vodafone prepaid SIM) from Vodafone on 4th Feb saying that my 3G data validity is over (Period - 4th Jan to 4th Feb 2012). I recharged online immediately (4th Feb) for Rs 375 (1GB usage) and was expecting my plan to be activated within 4 hours. Kindly note that my prepaid balance at that time was about Rs 150. Since then, I've been using my internet till about 9PM today (5th Feb) and right now my balance has been deducted to Rs 0.05. Please find the image(also attached) in this link (http://i41.tinypic.com/23u8zl3.jpg), my proof of transaction (using Axis Bank net banking) made on 4th of Feb 2012. T There are two things: - My 3G was not activated. - My balance was deducted for internet usage without my knowledge. I spoke to the 111 number who transferred my call to your technical team. They gave me the nodal office e-mail id. Also, I spoke to the 198 number who asked me to put a mail to Vodafone care. Both of the care executives confirmed that 3G is not activated on my number. Let us assume that I if I had to communicate urgently, I would be unable to talk to people or contact them via the internet. This is unacceptable. Was this information helpful? | |||
