HI, I VIVEK MISHRA MOBILE NO. [protected] HAVE ALREADY FORWARDED MY COMPLAIN ON THIS COMPLAIN I.D. BUT NO RESOLUTION HAS BEEN PROVIDED ME STILL. THE COMPLAIN WAS ACTUALLY ABOUT THE STORE MANAGER MR. JATIN ASHRA AT VODAFONE STORE GAUR GRAVITY MALL , INDIRAPURAM NYAY KHAND 2 GHAZIABAD . AS I THINK THAT THE COMPANY DON'T WANT TO TAKE ANY ACTION AGAINST HIS STAFF. I HAVE MADE A COMPLAIN EARLIER TOO THAT WAS ON 12 , AUG. 2010. AND BY THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVES, I CAME TO KNOW THAT IT WILL ONLY TAKE 48 HRS, TO RESOLVE MY PROBLEM. BUT IT IS TOO LATE IT HAS PAST 120 HOURS. MY MAIN CONCERN IS THAT MR. JATIN HAS FORWARDED MY REQUEST TO MIGRATE MY NUMBERS FROM POST TO PRE . BUT IT HAS FORWARDED ON 16,AUG WHEREAS I HAVE MADE THE PAYMENTS ON 13,AUG . ONE OF MY NO. HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BUT IT IS USELESS. AS IT IS A FAKE SIM . I DON'T KNOW THAT TO WHOM HE GAVE MY NO. AND WHO IS PRESENTLY USING THIS NO.? IF THE PERSON WHO IS USING MY NO. DO ANY MISCHIEF OR ANY CRIME . THERE WILL BE NO MY RESPONSIBILITY . MR. JATIN WILL BE TOTALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT ,. HOWEVER MR. BHUPENDRA HAS ISSUED ME THIS SIM BUT HE DID THIS UNDER DIRECTION. OF MR. JATIN. ASHRA PLEASE PROVIDE ME IMMEDIATE RESOLUTION. Was this information helpful? | |||
