I have use vodafone postpaid mobile and my number is [protected], this month i have activate 199rs rental plan and 3gb data free, this data i m using on 6 days. But the vodafone moblie give me 3000rs only gprs bill. I have send many complain to vodafone custmer care, but this company is not agree to my complain. Because when i am activate my gprs service 13 aug 2012 and company custmer care is told me 3 gb deta free, and when 3 gv deta is over then 10 paisa for 10 kb charges apply. But he is give i am not using 3 gb deta. But my conndition is paying that amout

Please be informed that you have received the data benefit on pro rata basis and have been charged for the usage post completion of the free benefit. Hence, the charges are valid.
