[Resolved] Vodafone GSM Services — unnecessary billing & for unwanted services | |||
i visited at vodafone gallery naupada thane and requested to them to stop all unnecessary services except incoming & outgoing calls on cell. in spite of request vodafone not stops unnecessary services and now they charging me for the same i.e. Internet games services. i have all details about the request including date time token no. reference no. and name of the person whom i personally communicated. Unnecessary services by vodafone and billing me accordingly . Vodafone not responding my earlier complaint. Phone no [protected]. I also given my uncles no [protected] for solve the problem as per request by vodafone but they not communicate with my uncle and given fake answers on my mail. Vodafone — Unnecessary services
I just got a new prepaid Vodaphone prepaid connect.The card has flash messages showing up all the time which results in phone charges and also a drain on phone battery.
This is a rip off and trick used by phone company to sell and unnecessarily charge the customers.
Phone calls to the company on 198 did not help.
All the phone companies should stop dupping the customers with such marketing tricks.
