I recharge my mobile with 375/- on 13-10-11 which is only valid for 3g customers but wen i tried to activate 3g service it is showing that its works under 3g coverage areas only. wen i cal 2 customercare they told ur place has 3g service and it will be rectified by that night.. Until now its not working and wen i tried CC its not able to contact using 9885098850 or 111 or even complaint forum 198
when we press 9 option to talk to executive it comes back to main menu in 9885098850 and 111
in case of 198 it says can not process at this time.
