[Resolved] Vodafone — Incorrect Billing and Bad Service | |||
Sad to say that i'm a Vodafone Customer for 7 years now. I have taken a add-on number - [protected], however, has not been using it from April. In may i have requested for Data connection and also requested for deactivation of Data connection in june week 1. This request has never been completed. And the same thing happened in Jan too where they had to go back and raise waiver. In July i was shocked to receive a call for payment of bill. I have not been using the number for calls and not the data service and still getting billed. I raised a complaint again in July for waiver - the Customer service never got back to me stating that the waiver is approved. Today they have disconnected my service to the primary number - Without any Bill dues on Primary number and without any prior notice. The number [protected] is still getting billed without any usage - Also, requested to disconnect the services for the same number - never got information for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
