[Resolved]  Vodafone - India — Poorest customer relation management

I am Ipinder Singh Customer of Vodafone number [protected] from Punjab

Region.

I have asked the customer care Excutives number of times to restore the

Outgoing and Incoming Services on my Number.

The person in Customer Care Center told me to visit the Vodafone Stores.

I had visited thrice, two times at Dharampura Bazaar Patiala Vodafone Store

and Submitted my Request In Writing and with it my residencial Proof. It's

More than 48 Hours back still my number not been activated.

Secondly i visited Surya Complex Patiala Vodafone Store and followed the

same procedure.

I had informed about the same to your call center Executives atleast 6 times

and 2 times for the same to your Team Leaders

named Shruti and Megha yesterday.

The Team Leaders committed they will inform me the progress and committed to

resume the services as early as possible.

Is this my duty to follow the stores again and again ?????

Are your Excutives not capable enough to follow cutomer's Complaints?????

Are my bills are pending ?????

Do you think their is no other service provider????

Hope now my complaint will fall in your deaf Ears.

With Regrets

Ipinder Singh

The mails below explain everything. My phone is throwing up an error whenever I am dialing to any landline at Pune or Palghar. On 18.5.12, I wrote to the nodal officer about the complaint. Since then, each time the nodal officer has admitted that there is a network defect and promised to rectify it, but it has never happened. For all these months I am carrying on with this defect and have paid all their bills in time, but do they deserve it???
This is one of the worst customer services that I have seen among all the telecom service providers!!

Dear Mr.Ashish,
Inspite of all your assurances, I regret to note that my problem still continues...
Can you give me a deadline as to by when this issue will get resolved? It has been almost a month that I have been appealing to almost everyone to make my vodefone network work normally...
If it is not possible, pls let me know, so that I may decide to scrap the simcard and take a resolution, not to use vodafone simcard for any staff in my plant..

Subject: Recurring problem remaining unresolved even after complaining
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am turning to you after consecutive complaints made to your online officer & gallery officer failed:
• I am holding a post-paid corporate phone account with Vodafone. Phone no [protected]. Handset used is Blackberry 8520.
• My work is at Palghar and this phones simcard also was bought from Vodafone gallery at Palghar.
• When I use the phone at Palghar it works fine but on weekends when I come to Mumbai (to Thane West) when I want to call from my phone's contact no list, all landline nos are giving an error remark as " You have dialed a wrong no".
• Even my factory at Palghar cannot be connected and it is also coming up with this same report.
• But if the same no is separately punched in, without selecting it from the contact no's list - It is connecting fine!!
• These same nos, when they are selected from the contact no's list and dialed from Palghar - are connecting fine!!
I first called the customer service 24hr no - The Mumbai officer says it is a Maharasthra Vodafone problem and I cannot help and when I dial Maharasthra helpline. they say it is a Mumbai Vodafone problem - So like a tennis ball I am tossed around from one court to another- but at the end there is no solution to this problem!!
Today, I went to the Vodafone gallery at Manpada at Thane - The officer contacted some other officer on the phone, admitted that there is a problem but assured it will be rectified within 2-3 hours. At the end of the day - I am back to square one!!!
At the end, I am turning to you to resolve this problem. If it still does not get rectified, I will have to scrap this simcard!!
Examples of nos which are throwing up this error notes are:
[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected]All landline nos of Palghar, Boisar - if they are called from Mumbai)
[protected] All landline nos of Pune - if they are called from Mumbai)
Hoping to get an early resolution to this problem.
Best Regards
