[Resolved] Vodafone — INTERNET CHARGES ARE ADDED WITHOUT OUR NOTICE | |||
Hi My Vodafone No which has a problem is [protected] Relationship No is 1.25303013 I had purchased this no from a DSA who is situated in Thane West. This entire purchase was via a telephonic call made from the DSA (which is pathetic enough) not to record their calls made to vodafone customers. When i was informed that they shall be providing me with this no, the female executive only explained me the Monthly Rental Plan which she mentioned includes the internet surfing upto 1GB. She informed me that the plan is of 399. All of a sudden i get a bill dated :[protected] . Bill No[protected] which states that the Internet charges 1783.70 to my shock When i call the call center, they tell me that the internet plan was de-activated & normal internet usage charges were charged. When asked further, she told me that my internet plan was only for 3 months which was another shocker to me. There was no message nor any calls from any Vodafone representative or DSA that the plan has been deactivated and all of a sudden such a huge bill When the store is approached Ref No of the conversation : [protected] - Conversation with Mr Karim & Mrs Rizwana (Manager) @ the Andher West Teli Galli Store , they behave as if its not their issue & i should approach the appelate & they shall resolve it at their own discretion & if you make a part payment for the amount which u have only used , they disconnect the phone line within 5 days of paying an interim amount. It is very very pathetic to know that inspite of having more than 10 vodafone no's in the family for the past 8 to 10 years, this is the service we get. Without even informing us , the internet plan is disconnected & we are charged , when we approach them, they say you go here you go there..... It is very shameful for a company like Vodafone to adopt such low standards of quality policy in regards to their couterparts (DSA). I am very serious about this issue, and need my refund about the charges on an immediate basis. It is not a big amount , but we are fooled and again not heard properly. Hence would take this issue to what ever level (be it consumer court, media, online forums anything....) i want my issue sorted on a priority basis Hope that your organization can help me in getting this issue resolved.
