[Resolved] Vodafone — ONLINE RECHARGE NOT UPDATED | |||
SIR, I made online recharge for my mobile [protected] with RC26, which is supposed to be 200 Vodafone to Vodafone free minutes during 11pm to 8am. But after recharging i didnt got what i expected. When i called customer care and enquired about it, they mentioned that the plan has changed and they didnt updated the plan in the website. I asked for the refund, but they mentioned that they cant do anything. Here i blame vodafone for not updating in the websit3e. I want to make sure i get my money refund or let the plan i expected to be activated. I hope u can take action as soon as possible.... Vodafone Recharge — not updating of recharge
good day sir,I had recharged my mobile with 400 top up card with the itz cards on time 12:09:03 dated 6/03/2009, my amount had been deducted but the recharge had not been done at your end. On consulting with the officials of itz Mr hemant had directed me to ask to vodafone company.
