l have requested Vodofone 24/7 to deactivate unsolicited calls and unwanted caller tunes as per my request they accepted my DNDO for that they had given me the deactivation No. [protected] with effect from 11th Tuesday, October 2011 at 6.00 PM. Despite several calls to customer care wherein they will put to IVRS and it will not link to Customer care and they say that 198 is a special customer care complaint, this is also inactive. there is no customer care in Vodofone till today there is no deactivation, i will give the following numbers of vodofone for the same complaint [protected] - Akil, [protected] they were also facing the same problem. please do the needful and take action against them.
